The Cold Autumn: Miss Fitri
Here you go another late post from November 2013. A session with Miss Fitri. Thank you for a very nice Makeup by Wilsam’s Salon & Brides
1st in 2014: Miss Eky
Hey friends, This is my 1st post in 2014. Glad to be back blogging.
Well just want to say a bit about photography. Photography was just my getaway from workdays routine in the weekends, but now, it has become my passion. The passion that led me into meeting with many many new friends and people. What makes photography is more interesting is that how vibrant the world of photography which arguably caused by easy access to own a red-striped or yellow-striped and maybe black expensive necklace called DSLR.
In My hometown, the proud city of Makassar, I can meet more than 10 people with DSLR in the malls at the weekend and there are photographic events almost every week, mostly in the form of model shoot sessions. Almost hundreds of DSLR owners flocks to these events if there are no limitations to the number of participants. Although I am not a big fans to such events nor bringing my DSLR anywhere, It’s a good sign that I wont be so lonely doing this and challenge to excel and be original. I wonder how far is my ability to learn will take me in this world of the light painters.
About The Session: This indoor session in a cafe with Miss Eky was very enjoyable. She is a very talented rising new model in town under the Donna Modelling School agency. It’s a late post guys back from November 2013. Please enjoy.
The Diva Miss Dewi
Dewi literally means Goddess in English and that’s exactly what she transformed into during the session.
The Beach: Miss Filery
Yes, this is the 2nd part after the post The Mountain with the same model, Miss Filery. The Beach was taken exactly 1 week after The Mountain. The Beach was taken at the PPLH Putondo (Center of Enviromental Studies Putondo), around 3 hours drive from Makassar into the heartlands of Makassarese people in Takalar. I intentionally did not take too much focus on the beach it self because there are many things that a photographer can explore on the spot which really make me busy trying to capture all of them. Please enjoy!
2nd Session with Miss Sesil
2nd session with miss Sesil after a very successful 1st session. There are several new editing tricks that I am using in this session making it a bit different in the sense of overall photo tone. Thank you miss Sesil
Island Retreat With Miss Phoa
Presenting another portfolio taken back in May 2013. It was lazy Sunday and supposedly just another simple session, however, great outfit selection, phoa’s cheerful nature and good spot transformed the whole session into another level.
Lovely Miss Ling
It’s been a while since I posted anything at my blog. Really cannot find a title other than this simple meaningful 3 words titile. Really suits Miss Ling so fine. This portfolio was taken at May 2013. 3 months old already and I still love it, however my editing is quite different now. Big thanks to Wilsam Bridal for yet again another great makeup and hair-do
Uniquely Miss Lin
2nd Session with Miss Lin. Timid with unique character, She’s one a very different model to shoot. Though she have to fight against the mosquito bites along the session, she was still managed to strike a pose. Please enjoy the results of this great Sunday afternoon session.
Dance at The Park: Miss Filery
Yet another session at Leang-Leang Prehistoric Park back in March 2013. This time it’s Miss Filery. I’ve been always wanted to have a session with this dancer and It’s been a waiting well paid-off. The Forgotten 10: At Marshland with Kethy
The Forgotten series is about those of my previously unpublished (at the blog) photos that I like so much, I just can’t let them rot in the hard disk.
It was sure a short session since I was forced to went home earlier and have to leave the session much earlier than anyone else. Luckily, I managed to get this photo. It was necessarily different but I like the overall surroundings and mood created by the photo. It is surely the One shoot that makes the whole session felt more than just worthwhile.

Miss Stacy: A Day in The Park
Miss Stacy is a talented young model and has been a favorite model for a particular photography group in Makassar. Thank you Stacy, very well performance.

The session is the same with our previously published photos such as: The Forgotten 2: Miss Meipho and The Windows of Malino Highland and The Forgotten 6: The Garden and Miss Fitri. It was such a great session worth to remember.

Trying to find a niche to have Erlina’s face while using the grass flowers as the foreground is not easy. I have to take several shots before managed to capture one. Well, my effort paid and I got this very nice picture addition to my portfolio.

Heavy Metal: Miss Tiffany
It was a hot afternoon and yet again, Miss Tiffany has never ceased to amaze me. Her determination in every sessions are unbeatable. This session is no different. She was willing to go down and dirty at the container yard just to make sure the photographers got good pictures out of her. Well, I have no doubt in mentioning her as one of the best among all the models I’ve taken so far. Encore…

Beach, Shirt and A Kitty: Felicia
The 2nd session with Felicia was as fun as before. Her cheerful and out-going attitude will always be the main factor why I will like to have her pictures more and more. Felicia has been a fan of Japanese character, Hello Kitty. She brought her very big doll of the character at the session and I tried to incorporate the doll into some of the shoots. The cuteness of the doll, the location, wardrobe and combined with the character of Felicia’s face really created a different -what I called- “shotgun concept”. The idea just appeared at the session. Well, definitely worth going for the 3rd session with you Feli. Can’t wait and Thank you.

Friendly Miss Sesil
Finally, It’s time to upload the result of a session with Miss Sesil which was actually taken back in October 2012. I have to admit that I encountered difficulties in deciding the title for this post. However I think the title from my Facebook page is enough to describe the whole session. Miss Sesil was very friendly and able to build rapport with the photographers. As for The results, they are quite different from my older result as I am trying to show a lilttle bit more of my newly learned post-processing style at the time. Thank you Sesil, can’t wait for the 2nd Session with you.

Cheerful Sunday: Felicia
Felicia and I have just acquainted by a certain smartphone messenger application yet it felt that I have known her for years. Her cheerful persona really created different ambiance for the whole session. For those photographers who put model’s personality as top priority as a requirement in making great pictures then Felicia is my recommendation. See you soon on your 2nd session with LgP and Thank you very much Feli.
Angela at Her Finest: Limestone Session
Yes, She’s back. Our In-House Model, Angela, is back with improvement in many things. Leang Leang, a limestone cliff prehistoric park, will never looked the same again with Angela in the frame. The session was an easy one, thanks to our long relationship of cooperation. Well, never enough of thanking her for being my 1st model and stay around. Please enjoy as much as I do.
